The essential role of this position is to:

Effectively assist Project Managers and Project Executives with estimating, managing, and executing assigned projects. This includes effective communication with superintendents, clients, and sub-contractors to ensure projects meet designated timelines and budgets. 

 Responsibilities:

  1. Hands-on work with Project Managers in all phases and aspects of the project.

  2. Assist in the overall schedule.

  3. Participate in buy-out of subcontractors to ensure full scope and savings in a timely manner.

  4. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored properly.

  5. Assist in the preparation of subcontracts and purchase orders.

  6. Ensure project milestones and completion dates are met.

  7. Assist in estimating project scope and costs.

  8. Assist in managing projects with subcontractors.

  9. Communicate with people involved in a project (e.g., owners, vendors, subcontractors), and with a design team.

  10. Continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationships.

  11. Other duties as assigned.

Basic requirements:

1.       Preferred: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture from an accredited University.
