This project was a full tenant renovation and fit-out of an existing, non-code-compliant space. The project included a new office layout with all new finishes, and men’s and women’s restroom renovations. The building had been vacant for years, and the fire alarm was not code compliant. HSU also assisted Guardian and Harrell + Co. with addressing building egress issues.
