HSU completely renovated the 22,266 square foot Lurn Entrepreneurial Center into a modern, forward-looking facility, which features Huddle Rooms, Conference Areas, Recording Studio, Stress-Relieving Rooms, and Lecture-Style Classrooms.
HSU installed a new 24-inch Plenum Curve rooftop unit, unit heaters, and CRAC units allowing airflow to pass through.
HSU installed an extensive speaker system and touch screen room controllers for conference room reservation and scheduling.
An ADA Compliant ramp and new handrails were installed to accommodate guests. The breakroom was also updated with new appliances, light fixtures, fans, and electric duct heaters. Fire egress and fire-treated wood or metal blocking walls were installed. HSU also installed water source heat pumps for geothermal applications.
