HSU completely renovated the corporate headquarters of Vanguard Communications. This award-winning public relations firm was transformed from a cold, dark shell space to a contemporary, yet warm and inspirational information about Vanguard’s executive team.
This tenant build-out included MEP and life-safety systems, open ceilings, radius walls, bulk heads, and glass features. Features included custom-fabricated metal framing, finished concrete floors, bold architectural finishes, fine millwork, and an etched glass storefront.
This project presented logistical challenges including working in a mid-rise building and receiving deliveries in a narrow alley with extensive foot traffic in the K Street Corridor of Georgetown.
