This IDIQ had projects being performed simultaneous throughout the numerous wings of the hospital. Projects included wallpaper removal and re-skinning of walls, painting and corner guards, replacement of bumper guards and handrails, replacement of vinyl base and ceiling tile and light fixtures, chapel renovation involving new pew, floor, ceilings and lighting; 2k nursing home renovation including flooring and nursing station, kidney analysis conversion for the medical center.
