HSU and its team worked with the staff at Wolf Trap and the National Park Service to deliver a complete renovation of the Filene Center during five separate off-seasons. The work included renovation of the 8,500 square foot stage floor, lowering of 45-ton loading galleries, replacement of the membrane roof, renovation of offices, restrooms, ticket booth areas, sprinkler systems, and other life-safety upgrades.
